How we make money
Owners never pay. Here is exactly who does, and what they get. Last updated October 27, 2026.
Who pays
Installers, meaning two-way radio, fire alarm and DAS firms, pay WhenLeads, the division of DV8 WEB LLC that runs this site. Owners, condo boards and property managers never pay us anything.
What installers pay for
- The South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch. A weekly digest of every ERRCS and BDA permit, stalled job and finished system in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, each linked to its public record, plus a monthly report on which installers are winning the work. Fire code citations are included when they appear on the public record. Contacts are entity-level only: the association or owner of record, its registered agent and officers as listed on its state corporate filing, the management company where public, and public business lines. Priced per county, $99 a week each, not exclusive.
- Quote request introductions. When an owner asks for quotes on our form, up to 3 vetted installers who serve the area receive the request. Each pays us $200 to $1,250 depending on the job. The form says this before you send it.
Current prices are on the installer pricing page.
What money does not buy
- It does not change what a requirement page, guide or checker verdict says.
- It does not buy a listing, a ranking, a badge or a recommendation on this site.
- It does not buy your details unless you ask for quotes, and then only for up to 3 installers who serve your area.
What we never do
We do not send text messages, make cold calls to owners, or sell your details to marketing lists or data brokers. You can stop all contact on the opt-out page.
