Installer pricing
Owners never pay to use ERRCSCheck. Installers pay WhenLeads for the weekly ERRCS permit and competitor watch and for introductions to owners who asked for quotes.

South Florida ERRCS Permit and Competitor Watch
| What | Price |
|---|---|
| Each county (Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach) | $99 a week |
| First week | Free, the full Watch |
| Free sample digest for your county | $0 |
| Subscribers per county | No limit, not exclusive |
Every Monday: openings first (expired, withdrawn, cancelled, stalled or partial-pass jobs and Miami Beach RF assessments filed before an installer is named), then annual tests coming due, new permits and new construction. Alert emails when a permit passes its expiry date with no final inspection or a Miami Beach Phase 1 RF assessment is filed; during the launch period our team sends the digest and alerts by hand. Once a month, "Who is winning ERRCS work". Fire code citations are included when they appear on the public record. What is on file today is on the installer page.
Owner quote requests
Introductions to owners and managers who asked for quotes on ERRCSCheck. Charged one at a time.

The size bands describe job size for pricing only. Whether a building must have a system depends on the building and the local fire marshal; see the checker and requirements by state.
